AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) is an agreement with a client for repairs and maintenance of one or all Material Handling Equipment used by our client within their premises

CMC (Comprehensive Maintenance Contract) is an agreement with a client for repairs and maintenance of one or all Material Handling Equipment used by our client within their premises.

Upon request, our technical team shall conduct a comprehensive inspection at a nominal cost. Based on the report, a detailed proposal shall the shared with the client for such repairs.
Once the customer agrees to the proposal, then our service team shall work to repair the equipment ensuring that it functions and shares a detailed bill to the customer for payment.
